Shell Haus

Shell Haus is an iconic 18,380 sqm art-deco office building, centrally located in the embassy district and close to the Potsdamer Platz on Reichpietschufer 60-62. Acquired by Orion as part of the larger "Odin" office portfolio, it was originally built in 1932 and modernised internally in 2000. Shell Haus was fully let to the Ministry of Defence and Orion signed a new long-term lease extension until 2027. It was then sold to Triuva.
