Rue Téhéran

Orion acquired the Rue Teheran property to take advantage of the shortage of modern office supply In Central Paris. The 6,909 sqm asset was fully refurbished following obtaining planning to convert a portion of the building from residential to office. The Investment was pre-sold in December 2006 with majority of purchase price received in advance and additional payment if leased. The building was 100% leased to Christian Dior parfums for their headquarters in June 2007 with delivery of the property In September 2007.
