A regional shopping centre development in Villeneuve la Garenne, North of Paris whereby the site was owned by Orion as part of the Locafimo portfolio acquired in 2010. Orion obtained full planning permission to develop a 63,333 sqm GLA regional shopping centre. Working In joint venture with Altarea, the centre was built and leased over 36 months with many strong tenants including M&S, Primark, Zara and a 17,657 sqm Carrefour hypermarket. It was fully let upon opening in 2014 and Orion successfully sold Its Interest to Altarea in 2015.
