A state-of-the-art 70,055 sq.m shopping centre with a strong roster of tenants was opened in 2006 and acquired by Orion in 2009. The layout was adapted to respond to the latest industry trends, with a new 3,600 sq.m food court, 4,900 sq.m of leisure and the existing Primark expanded to become the largest in Spain. The investment was sold to Klépierre in 2015.
