Park West

Orion entered into an agreement to develop this complex of three office buildings totalling 33,080 sqm located to the west of the City, with strong transport links and access to central Milan. The project presented the opportunity to build into an office market with limited new supply office market. Acquired in 2019, the new office complex is designed to a high level of international ESG standards and will include high quality open space lobbies, auditorium, canteen, bar and restaurant, three sky bars and bike parking.
