Oriente Green Campus

Oriente Green Campus (Multiusos) is an extensive repositioning and refurbishing of a previously incomplete and abandoned site in Moscavide, Lisbon, acquired from a Portuguese bank as an incomplete building. The campus-style horizontal building offers exceptional amenities (gym, auditorium, swimming pool and a food court amongst others) and a convenient location close to public transport, Expo and the airport. Embracing post-pandemic office trends, the project prioritises wellness and productivity through the integration of natural ventilation and the utilization of outdoor spaces. The building showcases a new design by renowned international and local architects. Spanning an impressive 41,000 indoor sq m and 19,000 sq m of extensive outdoor landscaped space. Oriente offers best-in-class sustainability standards and will be the first LEED Platinum building in Lisbon and is WELL Gold enabled. Construction is currently underway and the design repurposes approximately 90% of the concrete used in the original construction.
