Over a period of months during 2017, Orion negotiated this opportunity to acquire a portfolio of high-quality, well-located assets in a structured transaction from a German open-end Fund. The 19-asset portfolio totalling 256,000 sqm was approximately 30% vacant and required significant asset management Initiatives and capital. Orion leased over 70,700 sqm and successfully sold all assets within a 2-year period.
