Aura

In 2016 Orion acquired an infill site within heart of Rome within a wealthy catchment area with planning in place for a 19,988 square meter shopping centre development ('Aura'). With strong transport links and just 800 meters from Vatican City, Aura Is located directly on a Metro stop within a highly populated catchment. Working with CDS, the centre was successfully constructed and opened fully leased in 2018, proving very popular with strong footfall.
