Orion, in joint venture with Cargill and the City of London Corporation developed a high-quality office building totalling 9,350 sqm in this prime location in the heart of the City of London. The site was purchased in 2011, and was developed to achieve both BREEAM Excellent and LEED Platinum accreditation. The building was completed and successfully sold in 2014.
