Canaletto

In 2011, Orion was presented the opportunity to acquire a well-located site fully permitted for a residential development totalling 18,711 sqm. Orion held an architectural competition and selected Dutch architects UNStudio who redesigned the 30-storey 190 unit tower overlooking the City of London and strongly enhanced amenities by including a pool, spa, club lounge, and cinema. Construction was completed in 2017 and all residential and commercial units have successfully been sold.
